We encourage guests to review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Please familiarize yourself with important information before making your reservation at The Pioneer Motel in West Yellowstone.
The Pioneer Motel LLC is privately owned.
We Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed inside any rooms/units. Guests and those affiliated to our guests who are found to have smoked in their rooms are subject to a $175 cleaning fee/ fine.
PETS
The Pioneer Motel does not accept pets The only pets that are allowed are SERVICE ANIMALS with documentation; emotional support pets are not allowed.
If it is discovered that you have a pet in your room and you have not notified the Pioneer Motel there will be a $175 cleaning fee applied to your card on file.
LOSS/THEFT
The Pioneer Motel will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any valuables of any kind. Please secure all valuables.
The Pioneer Motel will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property.
PAYMENTS
ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE IN FULL UPON ARRIVAL for your reservation.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, tap to pay options, Apple Pay and cash.
BOOKINGS
All bookings made online or by phone must be secured with a valid credit card.
No charges will be applied at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you desire to cancel your reservation, you must do so by sending an email to the Pioneer Motel for our records stating that you are canceling your reservation. A confirmation of cancellation email will be sent to you for your records.
If you do not receive a cancelation email, you must ensure that you call us by phone so we can send you a confirmation of your cancelation.
The Pioneer Motel has a 7-seven-day cancelation policy.
You may cancel your reservation 7 days prior to your arrival date with no charges to your credit card.
However, if you cancel within or less than 7 days of your arrival, you will be charged for the first night of lodging.
If you do not notify us, or do not show up for your reservation you will be charged the entire cost of your reservation with the credit card on file.
REFUNDS
No refunds of any type will be issued after you have checked into the motel. For instance, should the need for you to depart early due to an emergency on your end, it does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of your stay you have booked with us.
ROOMS/PARKING
Parking is free and reserved for guests only. There is no trailer parking, please call for trailer parking options nearby.
Each room has a designated parking area; we ask that you follow parking guidelines you will receive upon check-in to ensure there is parking for everyone
All rooms are ground level and have one or two steps to enter the room. However, our larger family units have 4 to 6 steps
DAMAGE/ABUSE/OR THEFT OF/TO ROOM/UNIT BELONGINGS
You are expected to leave your room in as good a condition as when you arrived. Any damage or missing items caused by you or those affiliated to you to the property inside or outside of your room such as (but not limited to) carpet stains, soiled furnishings or linens, broken furniture, windows or appliances will be replaced or cleaned and billed to you.
The legal fine print:
Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owners of the Pioneer Motel LLC and its representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to guests and occupants, and licensees of guests
Guests or their personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the Pioneer Motel LLC against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Our policies are subject to change at any time, and your reservation is an acceptance of these terms.
